You need a jailbroken ps3 in order to use the mod menus from my knowledge. Unless it's a USB mod menu, and I don't know if theres any.

No there aren't any USB/CFG mods for BO2.

@Posswazere jailbreaking is fairly simple. You could buy an E3 Flasher and downgrade to 3.55, many tuts on YouTube.
