If you turn up the saturation the color becomes too bright, but dull. If I turned it don more, everything will be too dark.

I had to keep it in between, since it was mixed with a bright color ( the right ) and a dark color ( the left and his hair and other dark spots) And I tried to make it look a little smoother but ehhhhh.

Thanks anyways for the feedback

Try putting a black and white gradient layer on to take down the brightness
