The Perl update from CoolStar seems to be giving an issue with a few users. Not sure if this affects iOS 9 as I personally haven't tested it but it did affect me on iOS 8.

If you're getting this error:

Ls-iPad:~ root# /var/theos/bin/nic.pl
-sh: /var/theos/bin/nic.pl: /usr/bin/perl: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Then there's a simple way to fix it. Just copy the perl file from /usr/local/bin to /usr/bin. You can do this using iFile or SSH:

cp /usr/local/bin/perl /usr/bin

Then run nic again.

The error is self explanatory: "No such file or directory"

But I'll give you both credits.
