General Why in the world does PayPal have to have a Fee!!!!!????

I just got 15$ And I wanted to buy something for 14.99$ And now they ask for a .89€ fee????? What the heck!!!

They have a fee and their fees are ridiculous. 

 

The fee is higher when your purchasing a subscription or buying a product and less when you're sending money to family or friends.

I'm sure they always had a fee. PayPal is like an online bank that puts interests in transaction.

Well, other side, they need also to have an income. But usually its fee what company pays to paypal for having their services. And you as a user,client of company are obliget go pay that fee. But yeap, not that good anyway.
