iFile works on iOS 9.

And yes, it is an option.

I get an error message in cydia that Ifile is not supported on this iOS

I get an error message in cydia that Ifile is not supported on this iOS

Cydia won't let you download it but you can install a .deb somewhere.

It's working fully now for me, but if you want the full JB package with the best tweaks working you should wait a bit

So I have this issue, I can't see tweak settings in my settings... an example would be if I install Brave Frontier DEB, or Nightmode8.

Ok, now I'm having second thoughts updating to ios9 because of all the problems im hearing. I think I will wait a whole till it's completely stable.
