I tried updating my iPhone 4s to iOS 9 since it came out and it's the second time I get this error:

 

There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone "iPhone Name Here". An unknown error occurred (9006).

 

Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later.

 

 

 

It starts downloading up to 1 MB then the hours remaining start increasing until that error comes up.

 

Could it be the Apple servers having issue from all the users downloading or is it my network?

Sometimes security software can stop your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.
