General What to do against depression?

i have been depressed for about 3 years now and the best thing i have done is seek help   therapist & get on medication  Really changes you in a good way

I was told by a therapist faking happiness will eventually make you happy it will trick your mind. It didn’t work for me bit I know it works for some people
