Hi can I save or restore my game through iCloud? What if my game uninstalled, will my progress be gone too? (Like the Android mod i used before) will i be able to save items permanently with this?

Since the game is modified you can't save it through iCloud only through Game Center, Facebook, also you can save it with your Apple sign in information

There is a way to save items permanently you would have to be jailbroken and use the offset patches
