The similar topics at the bottom of each page is based on the tags you use.

 

If we enable free tags, peoplr will either leave the, empty or just insert random stuff/different compared to other topics so a guest won't get the similar topics at the bottom. Plus, pre-defined tags makes the forum cleaner.
