Yes,both are installed 

Well it’s most likely tweak issue , used to happened to me on uncover , try to remove all tweaks you instal and try again and about mod menu not show up try @Laxus advice about removing all jailbreak detection

All tweaks first , in order to see if perfebce loader issue get fixed once you notice it’s fixed , you can remove all jailbreak detection , because perfence loader error cause apps to crash even causing jailbreak detection bypass not working
