Are you having problem with the loading pref bundle or the mod menu doesn't popup when you enter the game????

There are multiple reason menu don't popup, most because of the tweak that bypass jailbreak detection. I suggest you remove them all first

I removed all jailbreak detection tweaks and the mod menus still don’t pop up,if I download other tweaks it says failed to download pref bundles

That’s due you had tweak not supporting uncover like AppStore ++

But I’ve had locallapstore for years,never been an issue before

Sometimes it due jailbreak use imyself used to had issues mods not shown up with uncover 5.3.1 lastet but ithink your advice could work

Is it preference loader and app list installed on your Cydia ? ( it should be installed by default )
