Help/Support Install .deb into .IPA ?

hello,

I wanted to know if it was possible to insert a .deb file in a .IPA file.
here is why I would like to know:
I downloaded the IPA from snapchat and a .deb file adding options. Is it possible to insert the .deb tweak in the IPA to be able to use the tweak on the Snapchat IPA without being jailbreak?
 

For example in the iosgods app:

-Rhino is a tweak

-but there is an app in iosgods app ("rhino for instagram") (so for no jailbreak).

 

So I would know how it is possible to make an app with a tweak

@Noctisx has created a thread on how to make an ipa hack here. There is no way to convert or insert a .deb into an ipa.

yes its possible you need the .app of the deb/ipa and you need a controll file
