Okay i have found the solution to fix this issue First you need to download Cydia Impactor Version 0.9.43 (0.9.42) YOU CAN DOWNLOAD IT BELOW FROM THE LINK AFTER YOU DOWNLOADED THE IMPACTOR OPEN IT AND CONNECT YOUR PHONE GO TO " XCODE " CLICK ON REVOKE CERTIFICATE PUT THE APPLE ID PASSWORD YOU PUT TO INSTALL IT WILL SHOW YOU HOW CERTIFICATE REVOKED AND NOW YOU CAN GO THE UPDATES IMPACTOR DRAG THE IPA AND DO THE REGULAR STUFF YOU DO Hope this will fix the issue took me a bit time to find solution
