download this hack. use hex editor search 7.2.1 change 7.2.1->7.3.0 save set permission to 7/7/7 the rest is the same as the front guide.

hex edit still works. but will be unable to use the limit break function.

you are right, i am an idiot. when filza ask to backup the files, i pressed yes and it didnt actually save what i edited. re-edit the files and it works!

Cant DIY hex edit. game requires update at main menu with edited hex file >.< Hex edit 6.1.0 -> 6.2.0 to work.
