    So it's not changing the number anymore. I am doing wealthy city achievement. I have 5047 taxes out of 100000. I went thru your method and changed 5047 to 200000. The bar on the achievement filled up but the number didn't change. To try something different: I actually got an achievement, then I searched for the numbers associated with that achievement and changed the rewards (3). The reward was still 3. Maybe someone can help me? Unlimited Simoleons worked tho
