I can download but it still says update

Iphone 6 IOS 8.1 Jb I got over 40 updates in cydia but I couldn't update them because I had to update apt in terminal: apt-get update. I did that and updated everything but it removed all my downloaded tweaks(rip) So I wanted to download LocalIappstore but it still said update your apt, how do I fix this?

Ios 8.1 Iphone 6 Jailbroken So I was just reinstalling Fallout shelter 2-3 times and then I tried to hack inapp purchases but it just didnt work anymore it said Check your connection even tho my connection is fast. I tried hacking other games and it didn't work on them too. Please help, much appreciated
