So can i do anything to bypass this without updating to ios 10?

Im on ios 9.2, ipad air 2 Im on jailbroken ios 9.2 on ipad air 2.

After i updated c ops, the app just keeps crashing, cant even made it to the loading screen, everytime i open it, it instantly crashes. I tried reinstalling the app many times but still crashes. please help also crash reporter error message: Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/UserNotifications.framework/UserNotifications Referenced from: /var/containers/Bundle/Application/55295AFC-CDAD-418F-846B-E05C978196D4/criticalops.app/criticalops Reason: image not found Dyld Version: 390.7

i woke up this morning to find my iphone 6s cant turn on, it goes to apple logo then just go straight to blue screen. I tried to hard reset but that doesn't help. I tried to restore it with itunes but it just shows error 6, i have the latest itunes btw. Ive never jailbreak my device, never open it. I woke up and its just blue screen. Please help me!.

I tried it in safe mode an it worked perfectly there is no pop up and when I tried to download a hack just to try if it shows up in ifile and it most certainly did but I tried to do everything again in normal mode, the pop up shows again and the downloaded hack doesn't shows up in ifile.

I used Filza and it doesn't work it's still not there I've checked. Before I downloaded blitz brigade hack, everything was fine I downloaded 8 ball pool hack and it's in /var/mobile/documents/ but when I downloaded blitz brigade hack safari became strange everytime I open PayPal, Dropbox and such there's pop up box says the address is invalid or link is invalid. I've remove both the hacks and rebooted my device but it's still says link is invalid. What should I do now?

Yes it is and the link is not dead I tried to download the hack from my iPhone it worked just fine

I installed crash reporter and I found xcon as the main suspect and others is substrate loader, Cydia substrate and mobile substrate and all the tweaks have .dylib . Should I remove all of them or reinstall?
