that is a long list... GifViewer doesn't have ios 9.3.3 support btw I don't see any tweaks that may break it does it work normally when you're in safemode?

any tweaks that are related to switchers/ui/wifi?

did you delete one tweak to free up space? try iCleaner and delete some languages to free up system patition
