If you want it on 9.3.3 you must download it from an iTunes PC/Mac account open the IPA file with zip extractor, then go into the payload folder and find info.plist change the MinimumOSversion from 10 to 9.3.3 save the IPA and install.

If theres no coin hack, or energy hack, maybe theres a god mod, while playing the game

Looking At The Games plist file it was create using 9.3.3 but has a minimumosversion 10.0, some hacker could get this to work on 9.3.3 to hack ?

I tried the speed hack but that fails, need someone like ZahirSher, DiDA,, Mayaxaya, Battousai Nope that fails, tried that as well

I tried with game gem it finds the coin values, changes them at the top, but it must be being store somewhere else as it recalls the last value

You can start again by deleting the documents save game !!!
