there are two ways. One is cydia like everyone say. Two is install Prefdelete from cydia, after install it open setting and press & hold the hack until a board appear ask you to uninstall it. I prefer the second way because then we can find the hack faster sometimes the hack tweak change it name in cydia

i just got it it only happen when my battery down to 0% no, the only tweak i install before i got this problem is power tap and youtube ++ i think its power tap so i uninstall it but it still continue i think its an error by the system not the tweaks

What do you mean by locked is it not appear in home screen or when you open it it say locked?

I got the same problem i think you should log out by go to facebook app> account setting > security > active session > tap X on every session that will log you out from all device
