    Is there any way to get games that were removed from the AppStore? Games like, Splinter Cell, Shadow Guardian, Mass Effect, Bioshock, etc?

      Someone else would probably have the IPA if you can find it.

      Those games won't run anyways, they'll crash immediately. I tried it with shadow guardian, crashed.

    I have an iPhone running IOS 10.3.3 and I have some app stores that let me get apps for free and whatnot, except HiPStore. I've tried getting apps from there, but their app is only supported up to IOS 9. Question is, if I get my hands on an iPhone with IOS 9 and I manage to install their app on it and download games (like Splinter Cell). Can I use iFunbox, or another alternative to transfer that game to the iPhone running IOS 10, since it's not a jailbroken app, or is it? I don't know how HiPStore works. I'm assuming you can install games without having a jailbroken phone? TL:DR I use Cydia Impactor to install HAPS(which is some appstore as well that I got from HiPStore) on the iPhone running IOS 10, but I couldn't install anything. Thoughts? Thanks!
