Yes I try same I did it this step but same In my iPad iOS 8.4 work perfect but iOS 9.0 not sync Any have tested iOS 9.0 transfer apps from iPhone to iTunes

Any one help me I'm n iOS 9.0 with latest version of iTunes 12.3 I can't transfer my apps to iTunes By using Thai Device -Transfer purchased from ..... It's says waiting for sync but I can't copy from my iPhone to iTunes I backup using iCloud and using this computer same Any one have this issue
