App Crash when launch

Run the game on iPhone Xr it says could not connect to GameCenter then the app shut down

When I got error F2A error during installation I just simply login to appleid > press generate password like back in the days when I use impactor then it reach next step!!! too bad it had the same problem Making sure device ID xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is registered ERROR: Failed: (3019) Authentication Error. Xcode 7.3 or later is required to continue developing with your Apple ID.
