the problem is , game was made by them but they decided to publish it with gamevil , i cant see a valid reason behind this

so Square Enix failed with this game somehow it ended up being published by gamevil https://itunes.apple.com/app/id935513908?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D4 what do you think was the reason behind this step ?
