I just found the culprit of my problem. It was an iapcrazy making it malfunction. For some reason iapcrazy only appears in Cydia and making me missed it in setting. Thank you very much for helping me Cz1993.

Nothing pop up when I pressed purchase. It just act like the purchase went through but no items was given.

Yes I did. Everyone of them and rebooted many times. Uninstalled the game and hack. Reinstalled both and still no luck.
