The problem is that some apps check if cydia is installed and root(systme) directory and that not easy to patch or find in flex unless you are expert, also there is some couldnt be process using flex like twitter.app or system . The best way to remove jailbreak is to decrypt app and next step is reverse engineer it using (IDA,..etc) and search for value that check jailbreak .... -
