For downgrading you simply need the .deb file which should still be available in repo's that haven't updated GameGem yet.

It IS updated. File name is still the same, didn't give the new one a new name. Download, Install and you're good to go.

The hack file IS updated, it just carries the same name.

that's done by the template Im using. Btw I made a hack for Monster Dash, you can find it in Cydia Substrate cheats as well

Place the deb preferably in var/mobile and install it. After that go to your settings and a panel should be there enabling you to turn the hack on and off.
