This is happening to me too, but I think the update made all the saved games broken of some sort, like the ones they have here on iosgods. Cuz when I tried using the saved games get stucks on the loading screen, however if I use no save game and start new, it works.

Is it possible to make an exploit, to get yourself out of the hackers pool.

Can someone just update this?

It's just that, if your using on shot kill don't upgrade your character, your hero.
