It's a logic board problem. Happened on my iPhone 6, manage to restore it with DFU mode but I get error 9. I opened the device & disconnected most of the connectors (camera, screen, power, volume) then restore again & I still get error 9. If that's the case then you need a new phone. Lol.

You only need 30-40GB of disk space & 2GB RAM to use boot camp & dual boot. I think your 128GB MAC is more than enough.
