Will test Edit: didn't work on my wifi so that's a good thing. Will try some public ones sometime soon

For the sake of reference, it happened again. This time I was able to track the problematic tweak(s) before falling back to semi restoration. The tweaks were: Speed Master, Auto Touch and JackPot cheat for Instagram. After uninstalling these the phone resumed normal functionality. It could have been one of them or the combination of them all.

I just came back to give feedback I ran the tool 3/4 times before it finally wiped most tweaks off including whatever it was that was giving the issue! Was this close to restoring to 8.3 out of frustration. Thanks man you the best
