If u can’t finalize read here If you mod the items on in settlement then you have to completely search every reset for the items. LDOE has implanted a cheat hack detector for this. Once you get all the parts the correct way ( not modding it) then. It will let you finalize. To get coins has been patched there is no way to get coins the energy just build the motorcycle and y’all be fine
