I am confused by step #5, and when I click restore on IBackupBot, the program says my phone isn't connected when it is connected. -
I was wondering how to do this on a mac. I'm not getting the option of opening 7-Zip as the above example. 7zX just wants to zip or compress (I think that's the right terms) the files, and I am not able to see the options like in the above example.
