Because you cannot reinstall a fresh cydia unless you do what I did in my recent post, then install cydia eraser or something and unjailbreak

I recommend trying to copy the plist and make a new one to replace it and try again, or , reboot the devices and completely try again if all fails. Because maybe impactor thought it said something but it didn't Mark as solved if worked
