Instead of them looking further into it and maybe using a different file host (especially for ViP's!!)...the answer we will get is that its "a problem with your ISP." When anyone that works in the realm of IT or has lived in the digital age could speak differently to it. Not gonna happen. This game went offline last February (2019). The devs were sick of it being hacked and closed down the game.
