Thanks so much, it works now and was able to reset the data and start over

The igg button (Gear icon) is not loading on the screen so i can’t try to reset it that way. i have also tried to sign out of game centre and sign in another account and still no luck.

Hi i got banned on this game, i can’t seem to be able to delete the data of the app or anything to even start over. Any one knows a solution?
