Next time when you want to remove jailbreak use a tweak called "Cydia Eraser" don't try to use "normal" ways to erase your data. Also, if you want respring without "Pangu" app you can do it online https://jb.damer.de/ just tap on "los" and then wait for pop up to show up close this pop up wait and then turn off your device, and wait to message "Storage is almost full" to show up, then your device will respring.

There is no way you can make money spent without decreasing (jailbroken hack or hacked ipa only) then there might be so big amount that you can spent for rest of your life.
