I did that already and all the DFU stuff with iTunes but still stuck I didnt know that and I did a full restore with itunes and nothing happened

So I jailbroke my iphone 5 8.1.1 and its been working fine. Then a couple days ago I reset my iphone (I went to settings - general - reset - reset all content) after that I waited for 3 hours and I got stuck with apple logo and the loading bar. I waited for a couple hours again and nothing happened. I tried to use recovery mode with itunes and tried to restore and update it and it didnt work, Im still stuck with the apple logo. Has anyone had this problem? If anyone knows, pls help?

so I linked my facebook account to my instagram, then I tried to unlink it because when I go to "Search" then "People" I see people from facebook that I dont wanna see for some reason but they're still there. then when I go to options then Find People to Follow I see the same people on facebook (it says "Suggested For You" then below that are the list of people, it says 'name' facebook friend) does anyone know how to fix this? idk if yall get it but you can ask questions if you want.
