Did you respring your phone? Sometimes you need to do that for the mods to actually apply

I just tried it on my 6s and my game kept crashing so I deleted the app then redownloaded it and then installed the mods again and worked perfect. I don't know if that's the case with you but you should try it. Just remember to back up your save
