Hi, Welcome to IOSGods. Firstly if you're talking about locked topics/Hacks. You can't unlock them. They are locked because they do not work anymore. You need to be VIP for checking out VIP Hacks in the VIP Cheats section. If you're talking about checking out the Hidden content on the hacks then you need to reply to the hack, just like you posted here or you can see the "Hidden content" by pressing the "Thanks" button aswell it should show you the hidden content. The new jailbreak doesn't have Mobilesubstrate installed. the reason why its not working with it. wait for the update i think its already out. Check the forum for 2.1.0 Jailbreak TaiG. Also with the previous jailbroken device reboot it. check if the game assist is installed. should help. by the way which source did you get it from?

You don't need to toggle anything. once installed make sure no in app tweaks are installed in cydia. reboot device. make sure you have the correct version installed. Should work. Working for me as of now.
