Not sure if this will work but have u tried entering safe mode and opening it. Also try remembering the last tweak u installed and try to install it when u are in safe mode as it could be the cause of cydia not opening

Not sure if it was the VPN but when I tried downloading the maps it actually worked. The VPN closed by itself in the middle of the downloading process but it worked!!! I downloaded mc5 while using the Von and did everything with the VPN and it worked! Thank you @DiDA SOOO MUCH!!!
