Trojan? Wait wot lel and the only way of messing up a jailbreak is downloading tweaks from untrusted sources or downloading alot of tweaks that aren't compatible with eachother, so I suppose if you want a good jailbrake you have to be responsible

add coolstar repo an installed stashing, respring wait abit delete some of the sources that are failing an then Re-add them, an you should be good follow 2nd step first then, delete everything an reinstall it even default repos, if that doesn't work, an it keeps failing I suggest a full restore either using iCloud or iTunes.(ITunes recommended, faster)

try Backing up just your pictures an photos onto your pc an then restore your device, re-jailbreak it (use the English jailbreak tool it's better) get cydia, install apple file conduit an then restore your data back onto your device, if this doesn't work try Googling the exact error you got from cydia.

Wait you restored your phone but the jailbroken apps stayed?, if you didn't restore but lost your jailbreak best idea is to back up your device with iTunes or iCloud an restore.

Basically I think i installed a wrong tweak or something, but when I reboot an go back into a non-jailbroken state my wifi, Bluetooth etc doesn't work. If anyone has had this same problem an fixed it could you tell me how? Also I kinda messed up my BytaFont, I accidentally installed a font using swap mode an in doing it, it got rid of my normal backups of the default font an the font I installed was half bugged, could anyone tell me how to get the original default fonts back? No, all she needs to do is restart phone refresh sources, if that doesn't work, go into cydia refresh it then close it wait an hour or so, go back into it delete all sources an re add them all,

Try closing cydia, respring come back into cydia an click the refresh button under changes, if that doesn't work delete the source wait about an hour an readd it, an if that doesn't work then check the source creators page an see if the link has changed. o
