General Impactor signing with Apple dev account

It is my understanding that any apple ID can sign apps using impactor. There used to be a requirement to have a dev account in order to do so but Apple changed that some time ago and now anyone can sign apps. Impactor doesn't do anything special that would affect your account, regardless if you paid for a DEV account or not. -
I certainly would not trust this. It's not created by Lucas and he has already warned plenty of times of any online jailbreak site that uses these scam methods. You're installing a certificate which has full access to your device and you're trusting that its legit. Bad idea.
