I got that problem before. It started when I jailbreak my iPhone using the Chinese version jailbreaking app. I forgot to install Apple file conduit before I download any hacks. I have preference loader installed on it too but nothing shows up in the settings. So I decided to download Cydia eraser and made sure that I did the steps correctly Also make sure that you have preference loader installed. I don't know if Apple file conduit affects on that problem also.

Download the pangu english version app on your phone. try jailbreaking with that 1-3 times. If it didn't work, download the PPhelper app, which is the chinese version. Try jailbreaking with it 1-3 times again. You should recieve the notification on the second try then hard reboot your device and try rejailbreaking with the pangu english version app if you want the 1 year certificate. It should also be succesful on the second try. You can either keep or delete the PPhelper app and you're done. That steps fixed my problem. hope it helps

Well, I used Irec but when I looked at my save videos, It's just black screen that is showing.

If your Device can't create more apple accounts. Go to the apple website. Create an account and choose japan.
