Afaik it is 3 apps on any 1 device. even if you use different accounts; 1 account to sign 3 apps and another account to sign another 3 apps won't work. It will only register the first 3 apps sideloaded.

this will only spoof your IMEI. it wont actually change it. Actually changing your IMEI is illegal in most countries. maybe a title rename is need
