After having the app installed for over 24hours. Every time I open the app, the game screen is not responding to any of my touches. Game isn’t working any more

You still need a decrypted binary of the said app. Crack the app first (Rasticrac/Clutch/iPhoneCake) Apply your hack. Then backup your app with hacks/mods into an ipa for sharing using IPA Installer Console

try DFU Restore enter DFU Mode then open itunes to restore How to enter DFU Mode: Connect the device to a computer using a USB cable. Hold down both the Home button and Lock button. After 8 seconds, release the Lock button while continuing to hold down the Home button. If the Apple logo appears, the Lock button was held down for too long. Nothing will be displayed on the screen when the device is in DFU mode. If open, iTunes will alert you that a device was detected in recovery mode. If your device shows a screen telling you to connect the device to iTunes, retry these steps.

iOS 10.3.3 for iPhone 5C is still being signed. you can update your phone to this and still be able to jailbreak it the same as your mums phone. and if you dont want to go via this route, you can stay on your current iOS 9.3.5 and still be able to jailbreak via phoenixpwn

Only if you have synced with GameCentre. If your game can't sign in gc then no. You can't install this with out losing your current game if you can't sign in gc
