I'm not too tech-savvy with iOS things but I think you can restore with an iOS 10.2 firmware file (.ipsw). You can do Shift + Click restore in iTunes under iDevice and I'm pretty sure it will let you choose the certain file/firmware. I hope this helps

I'm not sure about that. Maybe 30 fps on medium? You can always check benchmarks on YouTube. i7 is amazing, but that 640M is a huge letdown I believe. That i7 could be useful for example, rendering in Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe programs, and such.

It should be able to run Minecraft smoothly, just like KFCzZz said. CS:GO, due to GPU, I'm pretty sure it'll run smoothly on med-high settings. Combat Arms, I'm sure it will run smoothly because of it's not-so heavy graphical demanding. It's a pretty good laptop, but your GPU is a bit of a bottleneck for your CPU.

What's the CPU? I can't really think of performances without the CPU.
