I mean can I drag an IPA from the iTunes program app files wirelessly to my iDevice via WinSCP? It doesn't boot loop when it's charging via socket.

So as you may know, my iPhone's been f**ked for the past week and has not been able to 'charge' above 1%... I'm unable to charge it via PC/Laptop as I get the boot logo loop lmfao. Anyway I can possible download games from iTunes and download them on my iPhone wirelessly? Maybe download the IPA and move it to my iDevice using WinSCP? Thanks for any help

Depends which iOS firmware you're on. 9 and lower, you do not. For iOS 9 and higher, rebooting requires you to re-jailbreak, respringing doesn't.
