Can't I just edit the 'R5' to 'R7' I believe (800 million) and boom, gems hacked?

I don't know I'm really confused... I've checked both the xrefs and they're completely different. Apparently more the xrefs, the pointless it is so I don't know which is the real function for the gems.

Right so I've decided to learn how to hack using strings and I've found this function that hacks gems. I don't know if it's the sub_240DEC or the loc_E261E though... One gives me xrefs of 138 (the sub_ function) and the other gives me only 3. Any help is appreciated

You should've wiped the device w/ Cydia Eraser

Restore again via iTunes.

How?

So about 2 days ago I let my HP Notebook to upgrade to Windows 10 And so I left it on to upgrade. 2 days later after I got back home, I turned on the notebook and the HP loading screens been showing for over an hour... I ran a Hardware Test and this is the results I got: I don't know what to do... Any help is appreciated, thanks.
