You can download the IPA through iTunes then use Cydia Impactor instead of iTunes to download the IPA on your iDevice. Download the game on your PC using iTunes, then use Cydia Impactor to install the IPA on your iDevice.

When you are near a PC, you could use iTunes to download the app. OR if that don't work, use Cydia Impactor to download it.
