Take the binary place it in /var/mobile Open terminal type cd /var/mobile If the current directory is not mobile. Then do lipo BINARYNAME -thin armv7 -o NEWNAMEFORBINARY

You find the memory adress using cheat engine. Then use that offset and in LLDB set a watchpoint to that offset.
