Yea I installed snapchat tweak and had this problem too and I've tried everything like everything and I even wasted 1 day researching bout how to fix it but sadly it's not possible to fix your problem without loosing ur jailbreak so the only solution you have is to get the latest iOS version (10.2.1 ipsw ) and upgrade your phone to the latest version. or, you can fix it if u have ur shsh2 blob file and u won't lose ur jailbreak.

yes, i belive its bcz i installed localliapstore. The reiboot couldn't reboot it. i think the only option i have is to repair it with 10.2.1 firmware version hehe. but is it possible if i could download someone elses shsh2 blob file so i can get both 10.2 and jailbreak back?

hi yall, so i've recently jailbreaked my iphone 6 ( ios 10.2 ) but i accidently installed a non-compatible tweak which basically f up my phone and its stuck on apple logo and wont turn on,i tried everything that i could but sadly no positive changes. and due to some problems i couldn't save a shsh2 blob file. And now i believe the only solution is to upgrade my phone to ios 10.2.1 using a usb and itunes but thats the thing i dont want to do because i dont want to lose my jailbreak. Soo, is there any other solution guys? thx for reading

Or you can easily use betternet to connect to vpn ( use betternet premium hack also if u want ) and by connecting to vpn u can kinda spoof ur id and it works I just got banned but managed to unban my self using betternet

Ok I had this problem before but I managed to fix it by unistalling a tweak called iMoDevTools2 on my device so see if u have that tweak and try removing it
